About Christina

After dedicating 11 years to working with the elderly, I realized it was time for a change. My innate desire to help others and genuine concern for their well-being led me to explore new paths. Nursing, although rewarding, felt too stressful for me. That’s when I decided to transition into massage therapy.

In 2021, I graduated from PHD Academy in Eau Claire, WI, and my journey has been one of continuous growth ever since. In August 2022, I completed Ashiatsu training, and from that moment on, I was captivated. Massaging with my feet felt like second nature, and I’m grateful for this unique skill that brings comfort and healing to those I serve.

My passion lies in assisting others in relieving pain and enhancing their quality of life. My primary technique is Ashiatsu, a massage performed using my feet while utilizing overhead bars to regulate pressure. Additionally, I integrate barefoot myofascial, Ashi-Thai stretches, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, cupping, hot stones, and hot towels into my massages. Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of every individual.

Assisting you effectively requires your active participation in enhancing both your physical and mental well-being. As human beings, we are naturally designed for movement throughout the day—what we commonly refer to as exercise. Engaging in physical activity not only benefits your body but also positively impacts your mental health. However, if you choose not to prioritize exercise, my ability to provide assistance is limited. Ultimately, the responsibility for self-improvement lies with you; I cannot attempt to “fix” or “heal” you without your own commitment to personal growth.
