Booking

Booking, rescheduling, or cancelling an appointment is made quick and easy using Vagaro. My availability is always up to date on the Vagaro site.

Before Your Appointment

To ensure your comfort, it is preferred that you shower before your appointment. Kindly refrain from wearing perfume or cologne due to fragrance allergies. Please stay hydrated before and after your massage. Additionally, eating a small meal two hours prior to your treatment will help avoid feeling too full or too hungry during your visit.

Arrival Time

I kindly suggest arriving at least 10 minutes before your appointment to use the restroom and complete intake. Please respect your appointment time, as it marks the beginning of your massage session. To ensure a smooth schedule for all clients, your service will end at the originally scheduled time. Those who arrive late will unfortunately forfeit a portion of their session but will still be charged for the full session. If you are running late, please text or call me to let me know.

Cancellation Policy

I kindly request that you provide more than 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged the full amount. Thank you for your understanding.

Boundaries

I will adjust the pressure, temperature, and music volume, and focus on specific areas as requested. While it is not recommended, you may wear your underwear during the massage. For an optimal experience, the barefoot technique requires full removal of clothing, with clients always being modestly draped. You may refuse any massage methods or stop the session at any time. Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind is never appropriate and may result in the session being terminated.

Health Conditions

While booking your session, kindly advise me of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that may affect your session. Prior to each massage session, your treatment goals will be discussed. An intake form and informed consent must be signed before you can receive treatment.  

Payment

I accept Mastercard, VISA, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash, and online gift certificates. A credit card will be required when scheduling to hold all appointment times.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available through Vagaro. Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at time of treatment.

Referrals

If you refer a friend to Chill Therapeutic Massage and they mention your name on their intake form, you will both receive a credit towards $10 off your next visit.
